I love these little Syrphid Flies. They resemble tiny bees but are completely harmless and very pretty. I really enjoy watching their behavior as they make some really neat movements while perched. Here are a couple of images to give you an idea of how incredibly tiny these guys really are. Up first is from the Genus Pardosa. The common name is Thin-legged Wolf Spider. Not the same spider as above, but probably also Allocosa.
